My truck has been there 4 times with brake issues and have an appointment for next Wednesday for the same issue. This will make it five weeks of not getting my truck fixed.

Service department is unprofessional. When an issue arised with the service being done on my vehicle, I asked to speak with the service manager. Jennifer stated that the dealership does not have service manager. So, I asked her who do customers speak to when their is a problem that occurs with service and her response was "There is no manager that the customers can speak to." What kind of car dealership doesn't have a manager of their service department? Service is what keeps customers coming back after they buy vehicles. I definetly won't be coming back.
Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!
Shawn, Never in my life have I ever been so humiliated and disgusting with a salesperson. Stood up and clapped his hands and said thanks for wasting mine time. When we just said no, I’m done. He kept provoking us.Then told us to never come back. I thought it a salesperson job is to waste time&sale.
